1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using any part of noalabs.org ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with anything below, please don't use the platform.

2. Who can use NOA Labs

• ✓ You must be at least 13 years old.
• ✓ If you're under 18, we recommend a parent or guardian reviews these terms with you.
• ✓ You provide accurate info — real name, real email, real designation.
• ✗ You're not on a sanctions list or in a country we're legally barred from serving.

3. Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your login. Don't share your password. If you suspect your account is compromised, email info@noalabs.org right away.

One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to game Skill Forge cooldowns, claim duplicate free seats, or impersonate someone else will get all of them suspended.

4. Programs & enrolment

• ▸ Enrolment in paid programs is confirmed only after we manually verify your payment.
• ▸ Free programs may require passing a mock interview first — this is a quality gate, not a guarantee.
• ▸ Program outlines and timetables can change. We'll do our best to keep changes minimal and notify you.
• ▸ Assignments and deadlines are mandatory. Skipping them means your mentor can't sign off your completion.

5. Skill Forge & proctoring

Skill Forge tests are closed-book, timed, and proctored. By starting a test you consent to:

• 🛡️ Tab-switch and window-focus detection during the attempt.
• ⏱ Per-question and overall timers that may auto-submit your answer.
• 🔒 A cooldown window if you fail — you can't immediately retry.
• 🚫 Auto-fail if you exceed the configured tab-switch limit, or if we detect cheating (multiple accounts, scripted answers, etc.).

6. Certificates

Certificates are issued only when you genuinely meet the criteria — passing a Skill Forge test at the required percentage, or completing all program assignments. They include a public verification URL with a QR code. We reserve the right to revoke a certificate if we discover the underlying attempt was fraudulent.

You keep ownership of everything you create — assignments, projects, profile bio, code submissions. By uploading content to the platform, you grant NOA Labs a limited, royalty-free license to host, display and discuss it with your mentor (and, if your talent-pool profile is public, to display selected parts to other visitors). Don't upload anything that isn't yours or that you don't have rights to share.

10. Intellectual property

Course outlines, lab session recordings, Skill Forge questions, the NOA Labs name, logo and brand are owned by NOA Labs and protected by copyright/trademark laws. You may reference them in good faith but you may not copy, redistribute or build a competing product on top of them without written permission.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms — especially around cheating, harassment, or repeated payment fraud. You may close your account any time from your profile page or by emailing us.

12. Disclaimers & limits

NOA Labs does its best to deliver mentor-led education and useful tools, but we can't guarantee a job, an internship, a specific salary outcome, or that the platform will always be available without interruption. Use the platform on an "as is, as available" basis.

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute should first be raised with us by email — we'll genuinely try to resolve it. If that fails, the courts of Islamabad have exclusive jurisdiction.
